CoraClip

DMCA Copyright Policy

CoraClip ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the CoraClip service.

Service Description & Fair Use

CoraClip is a strictly client-side utility tool that allows users to download a backup copy of their own, publicly accessible media files. We do not host, store, or archive any videos, images, or audio files on our servers. All downloads are processed directly from the respective social media platform's content delivery networks (CDNs) to the user's local device.

Users of CoraClip agree to use the service strictly for downloading their own personal content or content they have explicit legal permission to download. The downloading of copyrighted material without the owner's consent is strictly prohibited and is a violation of our Terms of Service.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon through the use of our service, please submit a DMCA Notice containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. (Note: Because we do not host files, providing a CoraClip URL is insufficient. We require the original platform URL).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Submitting a Takedown Request

Please send your complete DMCA Notice to our designated Copyright Agent at: legal@coraclip.pro.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, which may include blacklisting the infringing URL from being processed by our tool.
