How to Download Instagram Carousel Posts on Mac and PC

Instagram carousel posts (posts with multiple photos or videos that you swipe through) are incredibly popular for tutorials, photo dumps, and storytelling. But if you want to save these images on a Mac or PC, Instagram makes it intentionally difficult by disabling right-click saving.
